Corporate Pilates

Most of staff members spend their work day doing the same thing:

  • repetitive movements

The human body is designed to move and repeating the same movements and postures all day, every day will have a detrimental effect on the body by creating muscular imbalances.

These imbalances will lead to back injuries, neck strain, RSI and other postural issues – thus leading to more sick days and less productivity.



Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to creating body awareness and increasing people’s understanding of the benefits of good posture – both in the office and out.
