Zucchini Pasta
This delicious and crunchy noodles can be eaten as a main course as the fresh greens will hopefully leave you satisfied after your meal. It is a very nutritious choice and very quick to prepare.
You will need:
multi slicer, blender, knife
chopping board, 1 courgette, 7 chopped cherry tomatoes, 3 tomatoes, 1/2 avocado
3 radish, 7 olives, chilli pepper, 1/2 lemon
basil, parsley, spring onion, ginger
soaked seeds (optional), cumin powder, chopped bell peppers
Any other raw vegetable, fruit, herbs or condiment of your choice
How to :
With the courgette make the noodles using the multi-slicer.
Place the noodles in a big bowl.
Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, radish and the bell pepper.
In mine, I love adding grapes and cooked chopped beetroots.
You may also add chopped onions on yours or soaked seeds like sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
For the sauce, place the tomatoes, avocado, chilli peppers, lemon juice, spring onions, herbs, ginger, condiments into the blender.
Blend the ingredients.
Your sauce is ready and all you have to do is to pouring it on your noodles.
