Vegetable Soup

 

This nutritious and delicious soup will leave you feeling satisfied and energized. It is very easy to prepare.

 

You will need:

A juicer

A blender

A multi slicer

3 carrots

3 celery sticks

ginger

1/4 raw beetroot

4 tomatoes

2 avocados

chilli peppers

1/2 lemon juice

basil

coriander

courgette

bell peppers

cherry tomatoes

olives

spring onions, onions, Himalayan pink salt and garlic (optional)

cumin, paprika, white and black pepper or the condiments of your choice 

How to :

Place the carrots, celery, raw beetroot and the ginger in the juicer.

Then place the juicer in a big bowl.

Place the avocados, the chilli pepper, spring onions, onions, garlic, lemon juice, the herbs and all the condiments of all your choice into the blender.

Blend them and add the cream with the juice.

Mix it.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in 1/2 and add them into the soup.

With the multi slicer, make noodles with your courgette and add the noodles into the soup.

Add the olives and a bit of salt.

Your soup is ready. Hope you like it.
