If you have not done so, please click on the PDF file below to upload the PAR-Q form, print it, fill it out and bring it to me (Rosane) when you start your first class. Or could I ask you to  email the form with your details, please?

Payments are non-refundable and to be taken within the 8 week term

Classes suitable for pregnant ladies up to maximum 12 weeks. 

For the classes you need a mat, a bottle of water, be barefoot, comfortable clothing and the zoom app for the online ones.
