Always check with your doctor or physiotherapist before you engage in any kind of exercise.

I kindly ask you to advise me of any relevant health condition details such as injury, illness, surgery and pre/post natal.

​

If you have not done so, please click on the PDF file below to upload the PAR-Q form, print it, fill it out and bring it to me (Rosane) when you start your first class. Or could I ask you to  email the form with your details, please?

Please check the classes schedule and prices before booking.

Classes suitable for pregnant ladies up to maximum 12 weeks. 

​​

For the classes you need:

​

a thick mat

a bottle of water (optional)

be barefoot/no socks/5 toes socks

wearing comfortable clothing

For the ZOOM classes you also need:

​Zoom app + Link (provided)

Resistance Band

Loop Band

Pilates Ring

Pilates Ball (size according to your height)

Block

Payments are non-refundable and to be taken within the 8 week term

Payments must be made before the term starts
