Pumpkin Pampering Soup

This amazing soup is perfect if you would like to try some new tastes in life and dive in deep into new food adventures. It is easy and fun to make it.

You will need:

a juicer

a food processor

pumpkin chunks

ginger

yellow bell pepper

avocado

dill

parsley

coriander

basil

red and green chilli pepper

cherry tomatoes

spring onions

celery

carrots

turmeric

cumin

onion granules

cayenne pepper

The amount of the above ingredients is dependant of your own choices.

You can also add garlic or onions and any other condiments of your choice.

How to :

You may start by place your carrots and celery into your juicer.

Then place the juice into the blender together with all the remaining ingredients, except the cherry tomatoes. Blend them and place your soup into a bowl.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them into your delicious soup.

You may add some green herbs on top and pink Himalayan salt.
