Pumpkin Grin Smoothie
I never thought I could have raw pumpkin and in the form of a smoothie.
But this delicious experience has changed my mind.
This smoothie is super easy to make it and it can be served anytime of the year, including during Autumn Season and Spooky Halloween.
So here is how I made my Pumpkin Grin Smoothie:
You will need:
a food processor
almond milk
a bowl of chopped bananas
a bowl of chopped raw pumpkin
a bowl of pitted dates
desiccated coconut
cloves
nutmeg
cinnamon powder
water
How to :
If you are making your own almond milk, you will need to soak a bowl of almonds overnight.
The next morning, just rinse the water.
Place the almonds into your blender, add water and blend it.
Strain it to get the milk only, so the little pieces of almonds do not go into your smoothie.
Then add the almond milk, the bananas, the pumpkin, the nutmeg, cinnamon and the dates into your blender.
Blend all the ingredients.
Place in your favourite jar and sprinkle some desiccated coconut and some dates on top.
