Peanunanas Power Smoothie
This amazing smoothie is one of my favourites. It is sweet and gives me lots of energy. It is very fast to prepare and you will get your carbohydrate, protein and fat.
You will need:
a blender
5 bananas
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
250 ml water
How to:
Just pour the water into your blender followed by the bananas and the peanut butter. Blend them and that is it, you are ready to have the most amazing smoothie ever.
