My specialized 8-week Athlete Series focuses on the specific biomechanical needs of endurance athletes.

  • ​For Cyclists: Open up tight hip flexors, strengthen the posterior chain, and build the core stability needed to maintain an aerodynamic position for longer.

  • ​For Runners: Improve pelvic stability, increase stride efficiency, and correct the muscle imbalances that lead to common overuse injuries.

  • ​Evening Slots Available: I travel to your club’s meeting point or a member’s home for private group sessions. Minimum 10 people

 

​How the 8-Week Term Works:

​I believe consistency is the key to seeing real physical change. That’s why I work in dedicated 8-week blocks, allowing us to progress from foundational movements to advanced conditioning.

  2. ​Location: You provide the space (Office, Community Hall, or Private Residence) in North Dublin.

  3. ​The Course: One session per week for 8 weeks, tailored specifically to your group’s needs.
