Choconana Smoothie

 

If you love chocolate and sweet drinks like me, you probably will like the Choconana smoothie.

The bananas will give you lots energy for your day and it is a perfect drink to have  just before a workout.

You will need:

 

a blender

5 bananas

250 ml water

1 teaspoon of 100% cacao powder

Cacao nibs,  a bar of vegan chocolate are optional

How to:

 

Just add the bananas into your blender, the cacao powder and the water.

Blend the ingredients and pour it in your favourite jar.

If you wish, add some ice and cacao nibs on top or even add a bar of vegan chocolate. for a nice presentation.
