Broccoli Hotly Soup

If you are into hot and spicy food, then this soup is for you. It is very tasty and easy to prepare.

You will need:

a food processor

raw broccoli, almond milk or almonds, herbs of your choice (I used sage, parsley, coriander, thyme, dill), spinach, courgette, cherry tomatoes, green chilli pepper, spring onions, red onions, avocado, ginger, turmeric, garlic and salt (optional),

ground cumin, cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, black pepper

and white pepper

The amount of the above ingredients is dependant of your own choices.

How to :

If you are preparing your own almond milk, just soak the almonds overnight. The next day, rinse the water and place the almonds (handful) in the blender with some water (250 ml). Blend it and use a strainer to collect the almond milk.

Add all the remaining ingredients into the blender, except the cherry tomatoes.

Place your soup into a bowl and add the cherry tomatoes (chop them in half). If you wish add pink Himalayan salt.
