Banaberries Energy Smoothie

This sweet and delicious smoothie is great to have before a workout as the bananas will give you plenty of energy.

You will need:

a blender

4 bananas

Frozen berries

300 ml water

​

How to:

​

Just pour the water into your blender followed by the berries and bananas. Blend them and that is it, you are ready to go.
